The last air-cooled nine-eleven is more sought-after than ever before
Today, the last air-cooled Porsche 911 enjoys true cult status. The 993 generation is one of the most sought-after of the classic model series of the nine-eleven. As it rolled off the production line in just four full years (1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997), only relatively few vehicles were produced. Well-maintained examples of the Porsche 993 are therefore highly sought after.
A small team created perhaps the most beautiful Porsche 911 ever
In detailed interviews, nine-eleven enthusiasts Bernd Kahnau (project management) and Tony Hatter (design) report on how they were able to realize their vision for the last classic Porsche 911 with a small team. The result was one of the most beautiful and fascinating 911s ever made.
Some of the very last Porsche 993s produced up to March 1998 are presented
In addition to detailed purchase advice and price developments in recent years, the very last Porsche 993s produced up to the end of March 1998 are also discussed in detail. These include the only Carrera S Cabriolet in turbo look, which was converted by Porsche Exclusive in the factory, the last new 993 car ever delivered by Porsche AG and the very last Porsche 993 with which production ended.
